Return & Refund

1. Service Nature

As a service-based business, we do not offer returns for completed work.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Work is not completed as per the agreed scope
  • Major quality issues remain unresolved

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The client cancels the project after work has started
  • Changes are made to the original scope
  • Minor imperfections occur that are standard in painting work

4. Corrections

Clients must report issues within 3–5 days of project completion. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve valid concerns.

5. Advance Payments

Deposits/advance payments are generally non-refundable.
