1. Services
Distinct Painters provides residential painting, commercial painting, and interior & exterior decoration services. The scope of work will be defined in the quotation or agreement shared with the client.
2. Quotations & Pricing
All quotations are based on project requirements and/or site inspection. Prices may vary depending on material costs, labor, and scope changes. Any additional work requested beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.
3. Payment Terms
A deposit (typically 30%–50%) may be required before the project begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work. Delayed payments may result in project suspension.
4. Project Timeline
Estimated timelines are provided for guidance only. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site issues.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
- Providing access to the site
- Securing valuables and furniture
- Ensuring availability of electricity and water (if required)
6. Warranty
We may offer a limited workmanship warranty for a specified period. This does not cover damages caused by structural issues, moisture, or external factors.
7. Liability
Distinct Painters shall not be held liable for indirect or unforeseen damages arising from pre-existing conditions or client negligence.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement. The client will be responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.
